Having joined Spacecom in 2011, David Gazelle serves as Spacecom’s chief technology officer (CTO), responsible for all regulatory activities, identifying market trends and leading the company’s technical-oriented business development activities.
Mr. Gazelle brings with him more than 20 years of engineering background with experience in managing the specification, design, development and delivery of advanced technologies to meet business, financial, competitive and customer specific demands. Prior to joining Spacecom, Mr. Gazelle co-founded Camero (a pioneer in RF- based imaging technology and devices), where he served as the vice president of research and development. Prior to Camero, Mr. Gazelle held multiple positions in the telecommunications industry, among them deputy general manager and chief engineer of A.T. Communications Channels, where he gained experience with the GEO satellites industry and contributed significantly to the industry’s emergence in Israel.
Mr. Gazelle holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in electrical engineering from Tel Aviv University and holds numerous patents in the fields of telecommunications and RADAR.
