David Pollack led the establishment of Spacecom as a sound satellite operator and reputable international provider of satellite communication services. Pollack directed the successful raising of funds for the AMOS satellites program, including the company’s IPO in the Tel-Aviv stock exchange.
Mr. Pollack joined Spacecom from Israel Aerospace Industries, where he held several key positions in the Space Systems Division, and was responsible for international cooperation ventures.
Prior to joining the industry, Pollack served in the Israel Air Force where he held field and staff assignments as a commanding officer. He retired from active military service with the rank of Colonel.
David earned a bachelor’s degree in Electric Engineering (cum laude) from the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology in Haifa, and a M.B.A. from the Stern Graduate School of Business of New York University.
