Primary Responsibilities

What Will You Do?

As a member of our finance team, reporting directly to the company accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our financial operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

Maintaining accurate financial records and managing customer and debtor accounts.
Handling banking transactions and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Assisting with budget preparation, financial forecasts, and payroll processing as needed.
Providing financial support and insights to management and other departments.

Who Are You?

    • A proven bookkeeper with at least 3 years of experience in an international team within a global company.
    • Proficient in maintaining precise financial records, tracking invoices, reconciling accounts, and processing payroll.
    • Experienced with accounting software (Priority is a plus).
    • Highly organized, capable of multitasking, and adaptable to change.
    • Service-oriented, efficient, self-driven, and a strong team player.

What Qualifications Are We Looking For?

 

    • Bookkeeper diploma (Type 2 mandatory; Type 3 is an advantage).
    • Proficiency in accounting software is essential.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • A proactive, service-oriented mindset.
    • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
    • Fluency in English.
